Weekend Class: 

Westlaw Supreme Court Cases (on flash drive).

O'Connor's Exercise 1 (on flash drive).

Prepare your second oral report, as assigned.

Read Chapter 4 in the textbook.

Read chapters 3, 7, 9, and 19 in the Ethics handbook.

Brief Lawrence v. Texas (the U.S. Supreme Court opinion), using the format used for the Casey Martin case in Appendix A.

Draft Discovery for the Mock Trial:

     Interrogatories (minimum of 20),

     RFA (minimum of 25),

     RFD (12, just as prodoc produces it),

     RFP (minimum of 25).  

 

For next weekend, you may want to print out the Motions and Objections handouts and Interllectual Property power point.

 

I do not accept homework electronically.

All homework must be typed in 12 point Times New Roman font.

Homework turned in after 10:00 on the day it is due is subject to a ten-point deduction per class day.

Homework may not be turned in more than one week late.
